Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kuber Studio, we’re committed to delivering your orders in high-quality packaging and in a timely manner. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

·         Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

·         Most deliveries are completed within 8 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

·         A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made. If the customer remains unavailable after these attempts, Kuber Studio reserves the right to cancel the order.

Shipping Charges

·         We charge a flat, non-refundable shipping fee of ₹100 per order.

·         This charge applies to all online orders unless a free shipping coupon or promotional offer is applied.

·         All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Delivery Partners

·         We ship via reputed third-party logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

·         Delivery partner details and a tracking number will be shared via SMS and Email once the order is dispatched.

·         Please note that delivery timelines are approximate. Kuber Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics partners.

Shipping Address Accuracy

·         Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details along with landmarks if needed.

·         Kuber Studio is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Service Availability

·         While we aim to deliver across India, we currently service only select pin codes.

·         Customers must enter their pin code at checkout to check delivery availability in their area.

·         If delivery is unavailable at the provided pin code, the order cannot be processed.

Prepaid & COD Orders

·         We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, subject to pin code availability.

·         COD availability may be limited to specific locations depending on logistics partner support.

Delays in Delivery

       While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

·         Weather conditions

·         Political disruptions, lockdowns, or strikes

·         Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

·         Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will do our best to notify you via email or SMS. However, Kuber Studio shall not be liable for any damages or mental distress caused by such delays.

Damaged Product Upon Delivery

·         If your order arrives in damaged packaging or appears tampered with:

·         Do not accept the package.

·         Inform us immediately by calling our helpline at +91 82917 12807 or emailing us at kuber.gku@gmail.com with your Order ID.

·         Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

·         All returns and exchanges are handled by our reverse logistics partners, who operate independently from Kuber Studio. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from their services.

International Shipping Policy

               We’re happy to offer international shipping for prepaid orders only.

How to Place an International Order?

To place an order outside India, please email or WhatsApp us with the following details:

                      Full Name

                      Complete Shipping Address

                      City

                      Country

                      Postal Code

Once we receive your details, a member of our team will get in touch with the shipping charges and payment process. Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size.

Important Note

                      Returns and exchanges are not accepted on international orders.

                      Please ensure that sizes and order details are confirmed before making a purchase.

What if I have received the product in damaged condition?
If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Please notify us immediately on consumer experience helpline on +91 8291712807 or email on kuber.gku@gmail.com mentioning the Order ID. Post validation KUBER STUDIO will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.
